Refund Policy

Is it possible to return my order?

Yes, this is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.

In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

  1. The order still contains all appropriate parts, accessories, components, and original packaging, and the product is returned in the same condition in which it was received.
  2. Normal handling of the product is evident; damage resulting from careless handling, misuse, or negligence is excluded.
  3. Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
  4. Any defect or damage must be reported immediately upon receipt of the product.
  5. We are entitled to charge the customer for return shipping costs.
  6. Returns will be processed within 7 working days and, if the above conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used, altered, or damaged through no fault of our own.

How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, you will need to do the following to initiate the return process:

Please ensure the email contains the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Reason for the return request
  • Photo of the product in case of damage or defect
  • Customer’s First Name and Last Name
  • Customer’s Address

We will then review your request and provide you with the correct return address.

Never send the return to the sender’s address shown on the package. We will send you the correct return address after your request has been approved.

You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product.


Cancellation Policy

The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly related to his or her commercial or professional activity.

A. Cancellation Conditions

Right of Cancellation

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, has received the goods.

As we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel it before delivery.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Lunaire by means of a clear declaration (e.g., by email to lunaire.support@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

The withdrawal process is completed when we have received the returned goods.

The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.

Shipments in Transit

As our products may be shipped from international fulfillment centers, transit times may occasionally be longer and are outside of our direct control.

If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you may inform us in advance of your intention to cancel.

To help us process your return as quickly as possible, we ask that you provide shipping confirmation or tracking information once the item has been returned.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs and any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

The refund will be processed without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after we receive notice of your withdrawal and the returned goods.

For this repayment, we will use the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

All approved returns must be sent to the return address provided by Lunaire after your return request has been reviewed and approved. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
